How it works
Five steps, no bureaucracy
Most studios hide their process. Ours is the sales pitch.
We discuss your business, your customers, the end-to-end customer experience, and your goals for the website.
Half up front reserves your build slot, and nothing starts until it clears. The other half is due when you approve the finished site, before it goes live.
I build the real site and send you a private link. Open it on your own phone, scroll it like a customer would, and send me changes however is easiest, whenever you think of them. Most sites are right after one round, and up to three are included.
When you approve it, the balance is due and I take care of everything technical: domain, security, redirects, and search engines. A new site goes live the same day the invoice clears. Moving an existing site takes up to 24 hours, because I'd rather do it carefully than fast.
I walk you through your own edit screen, then watch the site closely for the first week. Anything broken is fixed free for 30 days, you get one more round of edits on me, and your first month of care is free. After that, everyday changes are yours to make in about a minute. Agencies sell dependency; this studio sells independence.
